At HeatMyRV, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges, provided the terms outlined below are met.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Heater Purchases

All heater purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped or picked up. This includes, but is not limited to, Aqua-Hot, Oasis, Webasto, Espar, and other complete heating units.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@heatmyrv.com. Please include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Important Notes

• Items returned without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns unless otherwise stated in writing.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@heatmyrv.com.

To help expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging when contacting us.

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Heater units and complete heating systems

• Electrical components, including heating elements, thermostats, circuit boards, sensors, and related electrical parts

• Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases

• Clearance, sale, or discontinued items

• Special-order or custom-order items

• Products missing original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase

• Installed, used, or altered products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, the fastest option is to initiate a return for the original eligible item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@heatmyrv.com.
