Shipping Policy

Effective: 12/26/2024

Thank you for shopping with HeatMyRV. Below is our updated shipping policy, outlining the shipping methods available, cutoff times, and shipping responsibilities. Please read carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Days and Cutoff Times

  • Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday only. We do NOT process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Cutoff Times for Standard Ground Shipping: Orders must be placed by the following times (local times) for same-day processing:

    • 12:30 pm PT (Pacific Time)
    • 1:30 pm MT (Mountain Time)
    • 2:30 pm CT (Central Time)
    • 3:30 pm ET (Eastern Time)

    Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next business day.

  • Same-Day Shipping: To ensure your order ships the same day, please ensure your order is placed before 1.30 pm MT (Mountain Time). If an item is on backorder or if there are holidays affecting processing, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not accept orders from outside the U.S. or to international locations.


3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Free Ground Shipping (On Orders Over $75.00 under 1 lb)

  • Free Ground Shipping is available on orders over $75.00 and under 1 lb. This is typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 2-3 business days.
  • UPS Ground Shipping is available for deliveries to all street addresses within the contiguous U.S. but may not be eligible for free shipping.

Note: If you do not specify a shipping method, we will cancel the order and you are welcome to resubmit your order.

Expedited Shipping Options

For faster delivery, we offer the following expedited shipping options:

  • FedEx Overnight
  • FedEx 2-Day
  • FedEx 3-Day

The cutoff time for expedited orders is 12:00 pm MT. Orders placed before this time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Delivery to Pickup Point: It is our responsibility to deliver your package to the carrier's pickup point before the scheduled pickup time. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over its delivery.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier. While we will assist in tracking any shipment issues, please note that delays caused by weather, high shipping volumes (especially during peak seasons), or other factors outside our control are not compensated. Carriers may offer partial refunds for delayed shipments, and we will make every attempt to secure such credits on your behalf. Any credits received from the carrier will be passed back to you.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered from our website pass to you once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier. In the event of any issues with delivery, we will assist in resolving the matter with the shipping provider.


5. Shipping Fees on Specific Items

Certain items, such as boiler coolant, require special handling and shipping due to their weight. Shipping fees for these items are included in the product price to account for the higher cost of FedEx shipping. If you order a heavy or oversized item, you may see an adjusted shipping charge during checkout.


6. Shipping Address Verification

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Please ensure the address you enter is correct, as we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

We highly recommend checking your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice an error after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to correct it before shipment.
