This website is operated by John Carrillo, Hydronic Heating Specialist, LLC, doing business as HeatMyRV ("HeatMyRV", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide parts, products, and services related to RV hydronic heating systems.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by link. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

Account information. To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Products, Fitment, and Pricing

Product availability. Certain products may be available only online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Fitment is your responsibility. RV hydronic heating systems vary significantly by brand, model, model year, and configuration. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your specific system before ordering and before installation. If you are unsure, contact us at support@heatmyrv.com with your model and serial number, or a photo of your unit's data plate, and we will help identify the correct part at no charge.

Pricing. We strive for accuracy, but pricing errors can occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

Product descriptions. We make every effort to describe products accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

5. Product Safety and Installation

Read this section carefully. The products we sell are components of fuel-burning and electrical heating systems installed in recreational vehicles.

  • Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with RV hydronic heating systems. Improper installation can result in fire, carbon monoxide exposure, property damage, or serious injury.
  • Follow all manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, and applicable codes and regulations when installing, servicing, or operating any product purchased from us.
  • Do not install a part you are unsure about. Installed parts are generally not returnable, and installing an incorrect component can damage your system.
  • We are not responsible for installation. Unless you have purchased installation or service work directly from us, HeatMyRV is not responsible for how a product is installed, configured, or used after it leaves our facility.
  • Diagnosis is your responsibility. Technical guidance we provide by phone, email, or on this website is offered in good faith based on the information you give us. It does not replace hands-on diagnosis by a qualified technician, and we cannot guarantee that a recommended part will resolve a given problem.

6. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

Order acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States, excluding Colorado, for the reasons described in our Shipping Policy. Colorado customers may arrange local pickup.

Shipping information. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.

Delivery estimates. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's possession.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

  • Eligible parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions and a restocking fee of up to 20%.
  • Complete heater and system purchases are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped or picked up.
  • Some electronic components are non-returnable, as noted on their product pages.
  • Services, including diesel burner rebuilds, are non-returnable unless otherwise stated in writing by management.

Warranty. Some products carry a limited warranty, with terms stated on the product page. Except for any such express written warranty, products are sold without warranty as described in Section 11. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns — see our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Disrupt or interfere with the site's functionality or any connected network
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Transmit spam or harmful content
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data without our written permission

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. We do not control or monitor them, and your use is at your own risk. Review the applicable third-party terms and policies before engaging.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content ("Comments"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use, modify, and distribute those Comments in any medium and for any purpose. We are not obligated to keep Comments confidential or to respond to them.

You agree not to submit Comments that infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.

Except for any express written warranty accompanying a specific product, our products, services, and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeatMyRV and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property damage, or loss of use, arising from your purchase or use of our products or services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeatMyRV and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products or services, or your improper installation or operation of any product purchased from us.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website and services if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of our products or services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
